In this blog I will be be writing mostly about writing, and about reading, but occasionally I will be writing about other things aesthetic – or about anything that grabs me by the back of the neck and throws me to the floor, gives me pause, or makes me appreciate the universe. But I think that writing about those types of dramatic (or not so dramatic) topic is an activity that can be legitimately filed under the heading of writing, for it will be writing. At the moment, until I change this notice, most of what I write will be under the categories of ‘Writing’ and ‘Animals I have known and other animals’.
I’ll probably be updating this page often: everything here in is by way of a draft that needs editing – that is what writers do.
It is my intention to post in this blog every week. Not necessarily on any day of the week, but every week. If it so moves you, please be my critic — about how I write, or about what I write.
